Vacation Pics!...Wrapping Up

Here are some other sights to see in St. Augustine. We have not been to all of these yet.
(Not pictured)
The Lightner Museum
The Fountain of Youth
Colonial Spanish Quarters
St. George Street
St. Augustine Alligator Farm
St. Augustine Lighthouse
Potter's Wax Museum
A1A Ale Works-Really good food, plus they make their own root beer! It is some of the best root beer that I have ever had!
Claude's Chocolate-I would have had pictures but my chocolate went to fast. : )
The Ancient Olive-They specialize in gourmet olive oils and balsamic vinegars.

Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum
 The Bridge of Lions
 The Oldest Store Museum
 And last but not least...
The Columbia.
This restaurant, established in 1905, specializes in Cuban and Spanish food. The food is always excellent! I even have the cookbook. : ) If you're ever in St. Augustine, don't forget to visit the Columbia and try the 1905 salad.

Vacation Pics!...The Old Jail

Built in 1891, the old St. Johns County Jail is another cool sight to see. It had a total of 8 men who were hung during the jail's history. The jail also had an office and living quarters for the sheriff and his family. It served as the county jail until 1953. The people who built the old jail also built Alcatraz.

 El in the Birdcage.

Dad and Stephen, doing their time.
Sheriff Granny and Stephen the crook. She was very proud of herself.

 We knew this would happen.
A couple of jailbirds.
